so yeah…its been a couple days…weeks…ok a little over a month since ive worked out. i just felt the pain of not keeping up with my own body and fat that has been gain. im happy though. ive gained my set amount that i wanted. well last time i checked which is 145 lbs. im burning it and changing most of it to muscle so WATCH OUT! ;)
here comes the new year.
-my thumb, thighs, and bicepts are shaking.
